My father’s 79th birthday is this Tuesday. In honor of this birthday I made him a small art quilt. I specifically used this silk reproduction I found recently of a woman holding a flag, because he is having a major book published of his photographs this year. Penguin Press is publishing the book and it is called Flags. Every photo in the book has a flag in it. We are all so thrilled and happy for him. I hope he likes this small gift I made for him.
